I’m passionate to capture the arcane in contemporary contexts, weaving the language of Western myth, ritual and symbol through a queer lens. I employ sculpture, photography and film to trace ancestral codes embedded in bodies, landscapes, and ritual acts. Drawing from sources as diverse as Renaissance cosmology, alchemy and Egyptian mythology, I reimagine ancient spiritual systems in a contemporary fluid paradigm, amalgamating varied symbols, techniques and media within a unified mythological framework. Magical sigils casted into resin and metal totemic sculptures, planetary conjunctions translated into photographic portraits and Tarot Arcana dissected through film narrations exemplify this approach. Archetypes, to me, are not abstract ideas but living forces in evolution, which I directly experience through the act of creation.
